Pavel Morozov commented on the signing of young players:
— I have always set the development of players as one of the goals of the club. We want to take an active part in creating the future of not only local, but all of Russian football. With the entry into the Akron structure of the Konoplev Academy, we will more comprehensively deal with the preparation of the reserve. Our students should see opportunities to play professional football in their hometown. These guys, I hope, will become an example for other young players. They will be registered for the First League club, will take part in the training process of the main team and receive permanent practice in the UFL competitions.
